Write for Alpha Chi Omega

Send your story idea or a sample of your work to the editor for a chance to be featured in our online and print publications. Email the editor with content or questions.

Members and chapters wishing to send notes about events and accomplishments should submit a three- to five-sentence description and list of anyone in a picture via email. They can also be mailed to:

We are always telling stories across our platforms, but submission deadlines for each issue of The Lyre are as follows:
 Spring: January 1
 Summer: April 1
 Fall: July 1
 Winter: October 1

Please note that by submitting your content to the editor, you authorize Alpha Chi Omega to use your stories and likeness in accordance with the media release found on alphachiomega.org. Not all submissions will be featured, nor are any considered “issue-specific.” Alpha Chi Omega reserves the right to determine the platform that is best to feature each story or photo.
