Expand the House Director suite to add a closet and office & renovated House Director suite bathroom
Update the kitchenette/serving area
Expand the Board Room
Create a new outdoor resident lounge space on the second floor
Additional finish updates in common area spaces, as budget allows
Enhance the exterior façade by updating columns, paint and landscaping
