Alpha Chi Omega would have a hard time existing without the savvy professionals who keep things running smoothly at our Indianapolis headquarters. These individuals work with our boards, chapters and members to meet the needs of all areas of the organization, including housing, collegiate and alumnae experiences, and the Foundation.

Large portions of our staff are initiates of Alpha Chi Omega from chapters across the country. Some are alumnae initiates. Others are Panhellenic sisters or or affiliated with various fraternities. All of them, though, are people like you who are dedicated to Alpha Chi Omega and love working with our members.

STAFF

Here’s an overview of our staff and contact information for each department.

COLLEGIATE EXPERIENCE

The collegiate experience department assists our collegiate members in having a positive Alpha Chi Omega experience. We strive to be a proactive component of the fraternal movement by collaborating with members of our community and offering accurate, relevant resources in areas such as, but not limited to: risk management, recruitment, chapter operations and chapter communication. Collegiate experience staff trains, supports and guides officers, advisors and volunteers in key areas to provide support to collegiate chapters. If your question or idea involves college life–with the exception of housing–this is a good place to start. 

EDUCATION AND LEADERSHIP INITIATIVES

Alpha Chi Omega helps our members grow – and one way we do that is through premier programming! The education and leadership initiatives (ELI) department oversees the development, implementation and assessment of Fraternity programs focused on training, education and leadership development. ELI staff is responsible for the structured programming provided by the Real. Strong. Women. Experience that empowers both collegians and alumnae to take on issues and challenges that help them live as real, strong women. Additionally, the department manages efforts associated with the organization’s national philanthropy, domestic violence awareness, including our partnerships, outreach and education.

HOUSING

Alpha Chi Omega is home! Our housing team oversees many aspects of the properties where our collegians live, under a variety of different housing models. Some of our houses are owned by local housing corporations, some are owned by the National Housing Corporation (NHC) and others are managed by the NHC. Our staff members’ roles change depending on which model is used on a particular campus. If your question or idea involves housing, these are the people who can help. 

INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Let’s face it: nothing works without computers and databases, including Alpha Chi Omega. And our computers and databases wouldn’t work without our information systems department, the go-to team for all of our technological needs.

HUMAN RESOURCES

What’s a headquarters without a hardworking, dedicated staff? The human resources team supports the Alpha Chi Omega headquarters team through hiring, onboarding, benefits, payroll and continuing education. 

PEARL STONE PARTNERS

Pearl Stone Partners, LLC formally employs the individuals deployed to work in Alpha Chi Omega collegiate chapter facilities. They oversee all employment-related matters such as recruiting and hiring, professional development, payroll and benefits, plus much more. This team is committed to providing an exceptional employee experience – contact them with questions about employees at the chapter level.

FOUNDATION

Alpha Chi Omega can’t help without your help. That’s where the Alpha Chi Omega Foundation comes in. Under the direction of the Foundation board and committees, our team raises money, stewards it wisely and administers the grants we make for scholarships, educational programs and our philanthropies. Whether you would like to leave a million-dollar legacy or invest $50 per month in the real, strong women of Alpha Chi Omega, this is the team who can turn your philanthropic dream into reality. 

LIFETIME ENGAGEMENT

Alpha Chi Omega is not just about college. It’s about forever. Our organization is dedicated to empowering real, strong women to reach their potential through a lifelong experience of sisterhood and leadership development. The lifetime engagement department oversees programs, services, engagement opportunities, volunteering and initiatives that support a meaningful alumna experience for all lifetime members. If you’re an alumna and want to get involved, connected and otherwise engaged, these are the people you need to talk to.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

Think of the brand that drives Alpha Chi Omega: Real. Strong. Women. The magazine that arrives in your mailbox: The Lyre. Social media engagement and the blog. Even the website you’re using. Our marketing and communications team tells the Alpha Chi Omega story across all channels, serves as brand ambassadors for the Enterprise and plans the events – including our biennial convention – where our members connect, lead, serve and grow. Communicating with you and providing space for you to connect are critical functions of Alpha Chi Omega, and the job falls to this real, strong team. 

FINANCE

With four corporations operating under differing federal regulations, more than 300,000 initiated members, a national housing operation, a housing staffing agency, a multimillion-dollar Foundation endowment and a 50+ person staff, Alpha Chi Omega is a big business with tens of thousands of transactions annually. The job of keeping all that straight falls to our finance team. If you’re an Alpha Chi Omega financial partner, vendor, collegian, alumna or parent, these are the people who manage the dollars and pinch the pennies.

EXECUTIVE

These are the people who work for everyone else at Alpha Chi Omega—serving the boards, volunteers, members, staff, families and friends. From reviewing governing documents to connecting all our stakeholders, this team guides the day-to-day operations of the Enterprise.

CHAPTER CONSULTANTS

Alpha Chi Omega chapter consultants are the front line of the organization. These alumnae sacrifice a lot to support our collegiate chapters, especially luggage space and home-cooked meals when they are traveling! Chapter consultants are the first point of contact for our collegians.
