Healthy Relationships Week

february 10-14, 2025

As part of our philanthropic mission, Alpha Chi Omega's Healthy Relationships Week serves as a reminder to foster and develop healthy relationships and, by so doing, prevent domestic violence and sexual assault. The week’s programming is open to all who wish to create real change in their community – both members and nonmembers!

Self-LOVe

To celebrate Healthy Relationships Week this yearwe’re turning the focus inward, celebrating our relationships with ourselves! We encourage you to embrace self-love and self-compassion and recognize the foundation of healthy relationships starts from within. How we think about and treat ourselves is the first relationship we embark on and sets the stage for all other connections in our lives. We hope you’ll join us in practicing healthy self-love this week!
