Leadership Circle

Qualification for Leadership Circle membership is based on annual gifts of $1,000 or more to the Real. Strong. Women. Fund during each fiscal year. All gifts made to the Real. Strong. Women. Fund, including those made during Founders' Day Challenge, Giving Tuesday, Day of Giving and Star Booth, will count toward Leadership Circle qualification.

Donors under the age of 30 who make annual gifts of $500 or more qualify for Olive Circle, a special group of young alumnae committed to furthering the work of Alpha Chi Omega through their support of the Foundation. Olive Circle members receive the same benefits as Leadership Circle members.

We’re Growing Our Circle!

The collective impact of giving by Leadership Circle members makes up a significant portion of the Foundation’s annual fundraising and is critical to our ability to fund vital and transformational Fraternity programs.

The Growing Our Circle initiative has an ambitious goal to increase this circle of support so we can significantly and consistently grow the Foundation’s funding of the annual Fraternity Grant. The initiative's three main priorities are: 

• Increase the number of Leadership Circle members to 850 members
• Increase the level of annual giving by Leadership Circle members
• Reach a new generation of donors through the addition of the Olive Circle

Leadership Circle Levels

• Olive Circle: $500 (for ages 30 and younger) 
• Leadership Circle: $1,000
• Leadership Circle Silver: $2,500
• Leadership Circle Gold: $5,000
• Leadership Circle Platinum: $8,500

Qualification for 2024-25 Leadership Circle membership is based on gifts of $1,000 or more to the Real. Strong. Women. Fund between August 1, 2024, and July 31, 2025.
