Proposed Scope:

Expand the dining room space
Created a dedicated kitchenette/serving area
Increase the number of resident bedrooms and add a new resident bathroom
New accessible guest restrooms
Upgrade the house director suite to include a kitchenette and washer/dryer
Exterior façade improvements and adding new outdoor patio areas
New furniture and finishes (paint, flooring, lighting) in common area spaces
Mechanical systems review and upgrades
